They unlock the ‘Beast Style’ through interactions with the debt collector, Miss Tatsu, and the mentor, Bacchus. This fighting style emphasizes high-damage output and the use of heavy environmental objects. Progression requires a social engineering quest within Public Park 3. There, Kiryu must procure specific alcohols—including Gold Champagne and Scotch Whisky—to extract intelligence from a homeless network. The climax involves a multi-floor assault on Tachibana’s headquarters, ending with a boss fight against Jun Oda. Oda uses high-speed strikes and tonfa weaponry to test Kiryu’s resolve. After the fight, Tetsu Tachibana reveals himself as a clandestine ally of Shintaro Kazama. To prevent the Dojima Family lieutenants—Kuze, Awano, and Shibusawa—from seizing the Empty Lot and usurping the Tojo Clan leadership, Kiryu officially joins Tachibana Real Estate. This alliance establishes the game’s central conflict. It positions Kiryu as a key player in the high-stakes world of Kamurocho real estate to protect his father figure’s interests.
